Roundtrip is a calm, private way to track your returns so you never miss a window. Here’s how to get help.

Quick answers

How do I add a return?

Tap Add a purchase on the home screen, then enter the merchant, item, and price. We look up the return window and track the deadline for you.

Does Roundtrip read my email?

No. Roundtrip never connects to your inbox. You decide exactly what to add.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. Nothing is uploaded to us. You can export or delete everything in Settings → Your data.

How do reminders work?

Roundtrip schedules reminders on your device before a return window closes, plus an optional Sunday summary. Enable them when prompted, or in iOS Settings → Notifications → Roundtrip.

How do I complete a return?

Open a return and tap Start your return. Roundtrip runs a quick pre-flight checklist, then opens the retailer’s own returns website so you can finish there.

How do I edit a return?

Open the return and tap the pencil icon in the top-right, or long-press the row on the dashboard and choose Edit. Change anything — we’ll re-figure the deadline if you pick a different merchant or delivery date.

How do I delete a single return?

Long-press the row on the dashboard and choose Delete, or open the return and tap Delete this return at the bottom. You’ll see an Undo option in the toast.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Your data → Delete account & data. This permanently removes everything on the device.

What does the app icon badge mean?

The number on the app icon is how many returns close within the next 5 days — the “expiring soon” tier. It updates automatically as deadlines roll forward.
